| - I went to Myler in October 2012. At the time, everything was great! Great customer service, great work as far as I can tell. Manager at the front desk was very friendly, and the prices weren't bad in comparison to other places I've been. However, fast forward a few years and the serpentine belt they used had to be warrantied out by another mechanic in the new city I moved to. They advised me they no longer used those belts due to quality and mine was already worn. Ok, well, that happens, understandable. Wish Myler had figured that out first, but no biggie I guess. Fast forward a few more years (20k miles and 5 years total), another city and another mechanic, and with only 20k miles on them the spark plugs they put in also had to be replaced. Without me even asking, my new mechanic said whoever replaced my plugs last used the cheapest plugs possible. Probably why they only lasted 20k miles. Anyway, I'd rather have ornery service, and high quality parts and work done on my car than the reverse.
