  • No customer service whatsoever! If I could give zero stars, I would. I went into the shop (door was propped open - it was nice out) and when I came up to the counter no one was there. Rang the bell and waited a couple minutes as I could hear the person pushing boxes or something right behind the 'employees only' door - figured they just needed a minute. After I waited for a bit, I rang the bell again... waited again. I was debating yelling out but figured if they had a bell they should be listening out for it. I was in a rush so I ended up leaving after waiting 5 mins or so, walking in and out of the wide open store door. Aside from not serving customers, do they not care about store security?! Anyone could've gone behind the counter! Also while I was looking around the store while waiting, it looked a mess! Fridge had no product displayed, cards were scarce and it looked disorganized. Won't be gong here again nor will I order online and pick-up at this location. If you can't run a proper business, then don't.
