  • The Dirty Bird does chicken and waffles the right way! I tried both The ODB and The Great White North options on the menu. The waffles they make here are light and fluffy, and they tasted delicious on their own with just the maple syrup. But the highlight of this place, however, was definitely the fried chicken! I'm not sure how they do it, but the chicken they make here has an amazing crispy exterior while maintaining the delicious and moist chicken meat within it. The best part of all was that it didn't taste greasy either! It was honestly some of the best fried chicken I've ever eaten =) Overall, The Dirty Bird is a great place to get your chicken and waffles fix on! Even the chicken alone is worth coming for if you're not a fan of waffles ;)
