  • I took my wife to this nice little coffee shop. They had 2 people working, 1 taking orders and one making coffee. we ordered 2 cups of coffee both White chocolate nitro with whole milk. there was only 1 person waiting for there coffee. We ordered and 5 people came in behind us. the person taken orders took everyone order while the person making the coffee was talking to a friend of hers the entire time we were there. she finished the order of the person that was waiting, then she grabbed a cup off the counter for the next order. she ended up making 2 people behind us before doing ours. not a big deal. we were looking at the cute shop and my wife and I were chatting so not in any hurry. Finally after 10 mins she says 2 White Chocolate coffees. we got into the car and started driving home. that is when we noticed that the coffees were slightly different in color when they should have been the same. my wife's coffee was skim milk plain coffee not sweet. My wife said lets go back and fix it. I told her to drink mine and I will drink hers. If there was less talking with friends and more working the order might have been correct. We will just go to Coffee Rush for better service from now on.
