It all started with a problem where my upstairs was warm. Their initial crew came out (worked later hours at no extra charge) and was unable to find a leak they said was likely there so we added a ton of freon in ($450 worth) and suggested I check back either soon or when I had an issue. They explained I could get a new coil or Unit which they recommended due to the age of the unit. They said I could do a die test but I passed. A week later the house was warm again. Out came a new team that found a fairly large leak that likely should have been detected by the first team. It cost me $450 as it all leaked out. We ended up replacing the unit.
What I loved about them is they were incredibly nice and accepted responsibility by discounting the $450 off their quote on a new unit.. A price that was the lowest by far (before discount) of others I called. I researched the unit they sell which seemed to be a quality product as some of the big guys sell the same unit (Night and Day).
Additionally they checked the other unit and fixed a piece on it free of charge and went to Home Depot to get some insulation for a hole they cut which I viewed as going above and beyond. Lastly it took only 4 1/2 hours to do a job others said would take a day or two.
Despite the initial miss, I would do business with them again in a minute and recommend them to others.
