Update........
It's been a month since Pizza Taglio opened. We have returned three times since. The last time was this past weekend and things have changed for the better.
First if all, I was amazed how much faster Tony made the pizza. He handled a room full of orders like a pro and we received our pizza in no time. Secondly, I was impressed of how much more improved and attentive the service was this time. Our server was a short haired blonde and she bent over backwards to make our experience a good one. We were also stunned how the other servers were also helping with water, asking if we needed anything and clearing our plates. Bravo for Tony for creating a team attitude for service excellence and improving so much.
Food wise.... I tried his white pizza named 'Jackie' this last time. I am not a white pizza kind-of-guy but that truffle made that pizza to die for. I know I was taught not to end a sentence with a preposition... But it's pizza we are talking about!!!! It was fantastic. Do yourself a favor and go for it!
You have to have the mindset of old world Italy when eating here. The owner will come to your table and make you feel like you are family while you are eating the best ingredients you can buy. If something isn't right, he will take care of it!
Treat yourselves this weekend..... You will not be disappointed.
