I had read numerous less than flattering reviews about Structube before purchasing but unfortunately my mind was already set on NEEDING some of the pieces I found there. What a mistake. I learnt the lesson the hard way. I purchased the 'Morgan' queen sized bed frame for $999. Shortly after purchasing it I noticed the weakness of the frame... I am by NO means overweight and yet this somewhat costly bed frame was already failing. Around the 1 yr mark one of the legs had given out completely leave a deep 5 inch long gash in my 1 yr old flooring. When the leg gave way and sat at an angle the pressure then caused the above beam to bend. So not only was the screw stripped the leg was useless and now affecting the supporting beam with which it was connected too. I called Structube crazily assuming they would support their product which was at this point just over a year old. Not only was it nearly impossible to speak to the store manager I was basically brushed off. Finally they 'graciously' offered me a new leg... which with the spread of the damage would NOT in any way have solved my problem. I ask to speak to a district manager who dodged my calls and refused to speak to me on several attempts. I bought pieces from Structube trusting I was investing in long term furniture pieces but I am now stuck readjusting my $1000 bed daily and am afraid to move at night as I know one wrong move with result in the leg giving out and me sleeping at an angle. Between my boyfriend and I we weigh a combined 330 lbs. I think it's outrageous in this generation that a bed is not made well enough to support that weight. I can't imagine how it would manage with a heavier set person/couple. I wish Structube would've stood behind their product enough to offer me different options to rectify the situation and ensure I was a satisfied customer. Should've bought an Ikea bed instead.
