I am such a sucker for cute cafes like this that are reminiscent of those in Ktown or Korea.
It's a huge renovated vintage warehouse-styled place with an open kitchen. There is no shortage or fancy decor and branded cups and mugs. The dessert menu is small, but of the two my friend and I tried, we were impressed.
cake - $6 - wouldn't get again only because i don't love flowery tasting cakes, but if you are into floral scents and flavors, this cake is it. It's very light and floral, and comes with raspberries on the side for a nice red accent. The cake has a rose petal and gold leaf on it, making it almost too pretty to eat.
Lychee rose cake - $5 - worth it. The look factor is 5/5 and the inside is soft and marshmellow-y. It's got more of a raspberry flavor than lychee, but I would order this again.
Drinks- $5 - ginger raspberry and yuzu. Both good. Mine came in the to go cup but my friend got the cute glass cup.
Honestly, it's super packed and busy, but if you wait it out a table will free up and you can sit and study. I will try and visit again!
