  • I would love to give five stars because the coaching staff is so amazing and caring. Unfortunately, I am giving three stars, for two reasons. My daughter has been going here for over a year now. First off, the place smells like a dirty locker room on a regular basis. It's very unappealing, especially when you have to sit there for two hours. And secondly, the front office staff is rude, uncaring, and frankly, not helpful at all. When you call on the phone, there is not a friendly answer and they seem to be irritated with you, like you are bothering them with your questions. I am going to say, out of 8 phone calls, ONE time I got someone who was happy and helpful. I see the place is very busy on a regular basis, but that is no reason to be rude to people. This last time made me write this review when the woman stood there with her arms crossed the entire time while we were talking. It's extremely rude and gives off a really bad impression. And she just flat out did not want to help me. I asked, "what am I supposed to do?" (Arms crossed) just stared at me. No response. I turned around and left disgusted. The front office attitude needs to change.
