  • First experience -- amazing lobster roll for lunch! Brioche bun fresh and perfect buttered and crisp, tons of lobster salad with celery and just right amount of mayo. 4 Stars! Second experience -- dinner. First, they said we could not use credit card because their system was not working. Other funky issues, such as this. Ordered the filet mignon medium well. Server asked if okay to butterfly it and I said, "sure". When steak showed up, it was well-done to almost burned, completely dried out and my kids could have done a better job cooking it. Mashed potatoes good, but far too rich for my tastes. Server did a good job of getting us out within our tight time constraints but food was lacking, especially since they are a "steak house" Salad was good though. Third experience - back for lobster roll for lunch. Dang it, roll was sloppily presented, not buttered and grilled correctly and they was a "hunk"of bread hanging off side. Lobster had so much mayo that it nearly ruined it. Didn't send back since I had to catch a flight. No consistency here. Sorry to give them a 2 rating. It is clear they use quality ingredients, but the execution is lacking.
