  • If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this dealership it is the worst of all the things car sales could be. This place will do anything to sell a car, especially cheap sales tactics by promising things that they do not deliver on. They promised to put a tow package on my vehicle for just parts cost (in order to shut me up and close my deal) but since being promised, the labor had become too expensive and difficult, so now I have to pay for it all. Oh and I was supposed to "mailed" my paperwork stating the agreement but guess what, it never showed up in mail. Now two months later they will not return my calls to get my paperwork. Cheap tricks and terrible service! Go to Avondale to buy a dodge- it is where I bought my first dodge and where I will go for my next. Stay out of the Surprise dealership! I hope this reaches at least one person and saves them the surprise in Surprise!
