The pork sandwich reminds me of crispy pork you can get at Chinese butcher shops. Juicy, pink meat slices, flavourful fatty crispy bits of skin sandwiched between soft yet chewy pieces of foccacia bread. The chickpea sandwich was another winner - creamy and filling. Have to say between the two - t the pork wins - I just prefer it taste wise. Ice-cream sandwich with Saskatoon berries was delicious.
