My mom & I have been coming here for the past couple years, it's conveniently located & decently priced for when we've had a long day & want our feet rubbed. Staff has always been friendly & only once were we turned away because it was busy, long wait & we didn't have appointments.
We just went this evening & I thought I'd write a review on it. Stretchy clothes are best to wear so you can roll your pant leg up. I preferably only like my hands & feet rubbed (not my neck & back) so when we mentioned that several times (we kept getting asked) we got laughed at by 3 different staff members. I didn't see what the big deal was but if I'm going to get a full body massage it's going to be at a spa by a licensed massage therapist not over my clothes, a towel & elbows pressed into my back. Since I've been going one complaint I've always had is how noisy it is. Little Caesars is right next door so you hear a lot of things slamming against the wall & when new customers walk in & out of the door spa. It's just one open room so you hear everything.
I will continue to come for when I want that quick foot rub because they do a good job & as I mentioned before, congenitally located. Have never had any real issues which is why I'll rate a 4.
