  • If I had to list my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas, Hedary's would definitely be in the top two. The food is fresh and delicious. I especially love the babaganoush with the hot pita bread, along with the fatoosh salad. My other "must have" is the lentil soup.....the ultimate comfort food. Also, I have to compliment the waiter. I don't know his name, but he is always so helpful and polite. If you love great Mediterranean food and a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere, I recommend Hedary's,
