  • I have been to this office 3 different times and have seen a different medical professional every time, not by choice... the turnover rate here is astounding. My second visit I waited over an hour for my appointment. I went in for allergies originally and it had been noted in my record (or so I thought) that I had asthma and used a rescue inhaler frequently. Well when I called 2 months later to get a refill they denied my request because the PA that originally saw me no longer worked there. The soonest they offered me an appointment was 2-3 weeks... are you kidding? 2-3 weeks to get my inhaler refilled.... fast forward a few months and now I have an uncomfortable and painful cyst in my wrist, I called to schedule an appointment and was told the PA I saw last time was, once again, no longer there and it would be another 2 weeks before they could get me in with any of their medical professionals. Thanks but I will take my health concerns elsewhere, who knows maybe I will actually see the same doctor in a timely manner...
