I come here early in the mornings so I don't have any problems with crowds but the gym is pretty big and there are a number of duplicate machine/benches/dumbbells so if one is taken there's another one that is free. The spot is obviously a big plus with being in the middle of downtown Phoenix and all the glass walls makes working out there pretty different compared to other gyms.
The one big issue I have with EOS is that their pricing/membership seems to change depending on who is at the front desk. My friend has been told that what he pays for does not include the downtown location but when he was signing up he was told he could go to all locations but luckily for us the front desk person was going to let him go in just for "today". We have since been back numerous times and no one has tried to get him to pay extra or said anything about his membership. Also have heard from numerous friends that canceling your membership with EOS is a huge hassle. Other than that just cross your fingers that the front desk person doesn't feel like trying to make you pay extra for no reason or that you don't need to cancel your membership and working out here is fine.
