  • The internet works occasionally and slower than dial up. I had bought the suggested modem and the "upgraded" package for nearly twice the price. Still not reliable or fast. Customer service is a joke. Did you restart the modem, did you unplug everything...? Yes, I just talked to you 20 min ago about the same issue. The internet will work for an hour after everything is reset then Im told it must be a larger number than usual using the internet in my area. I don't care I spent $100 a month for internet that doesn't work and the competitions review do not look any better. UGH!!!!!
