  • I hired Azul Pool Services to clean an indoor pool on June 6 2013. I then added another pool at my personal residence to the list. Azul came out and told me that my salt system had to be replaced. I have a 36,000 gallon pool. They sent me an estimate that was so overpriced that any logical person would not accept it. They wanted to install two 20,000 gallon salt systems and two power centers. On each of those four items, they charge $100 more than the parts actually cost, and then they added $375 for labor. The total was $2,454. I then called Shasta, and they installed the proper, 40,0000 gallon system, with labor, for $1,026. Same brand. Simple. Since I did not have them do the repair, they childishly terminated the service on both homes. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are extremely dishonest. Avoid at all costs. Literally.
