  • Worst experience ever. The match maker was rude, yelled and would scold me for calling or emailing her. Set up on one date in 6 months and the person did not meet any of the things I said I was looking for. No one called me after for feedback, as I was told they would. TERRIBLE customer service. Asked for a new match maker and was told they would reach out to me and no one called for months. No one would return my calls or emails. Would not let me speak to a manager, was told over and over 'management will be emailed on your behalf.' When I asked for a new match maker because mine had been rude to me I was told, 'you don't know what rude is! I'll show you rude.' I encourage you to not waste your money. I spent 2800$ to be verbally abused and go one one bad date.
