| - I feel like i've been a member of every inexpensive gym in the area. I've spent time on cardio machines in front of banks of tvs everywhere from Planet FItness to the Y and back again. Earlier this year, I had had enough of it. I cancelled my gym membership, and started to shop around for a personal trainer.
My journey brought me to TrAk. Their website was vague, but after meeting with Dave and talking to him about my journey as well as my goals, I knew that TrAk was going to be a good fit.
I'm getting ready to start my third month at TrAk, and I swear, I look forward to going there. The workouts are challenging, and change daily. You work at your own pace, and are constantly cheered on and encouraged by the trainers, as well as your fellow gym members. I don't think i've high fived as much as I have at TrAk.
If you're looking for a place to achieve your goals, this is it. I feel like I get every penny that I pay for, and I am looking forward to my continued work with TrAk Athletics.
