  • Management and office staff are very unhelpful and not very sympathetic ! Pedro is the only person there who cares. Arrived to property on my move in date the office was supposed to be open at 10 am and no one showed up to give me my keys nor did I get ahold of any staff until about 2 pm that afternoon office was completely empty during that time which caused me to have to switch my move in date. Big inconvenience there !! Since then I've been here for a month, advised office staff about things that were broken and needed attention within the first 48 hours of move in and no one has even stopped by to evaluate the situation. All sinks / faucets slow drain , kitchen sink leaking underneath cabinet with a horrible mildew odor and birds nest and large amount of feces on the ledge outside my bedroom window which I can't open due to the filth. I was told multiple times within the past few weeks that Maintenance would be by and that my work order was on emergency and here I am 30 days in still no service. Property is quiet overall but office staff needs more lessons in customer service and a sense of urgency to get things done
