rev:text	Our garage remotes stopped working, and after putting in new batteries we realized we needed to get new remotes all together (the unit was 10 yrs old now). My husband and I went to Home Depot in Tramanto and as we were talking among ourselves in debate over which remote to get, Brian, the owner of Express Garage Door Service, kindly suggested his expertise. We were lucky enough to be there at the time he was picking up a new remote for one of his jobs. He told us which one he recommended and went as far as opening his remote that he was purchasing and showed us how to program it. He gave us his phone # and said if we had trouble to call him and he would "walk us through the process". We actually were able to follow his directions and didn't need to call him but were so impressed with how helpful he was and it wasn't about the $$$$, but customer service and caring about people. We will definitely be calling him if we are ever in need of a garage guy, as well as referring any friends/family to him!!
