Have been with this hospital since cat was 1.5 years old from their Markham Rd & 16 location which has now moved to Castlemore in Food Basics plaza. Now cat is 4 yrs old. Reason we switched from Animal Hospital of Unionville on Hwy 7 is because that vet was dirty (ever come home from a vet super itchy?), and they never remembered my cat's records except when they spammed my snail mail and telephone with reminders for check ups and shots. (When I telephoned in to take her records to a different vet, I told them my cat name and address, and they told me they don't have a record of her).
The doctors and nurses at Wellington superlove animals and show a lot of care for their patients. And they don't send mail or phone calls harassing you to come in for shots: they leave it in your hands to make the decision to come in. Their clinic is clean, THERE ARE SEPARATE ROOMS FOR CATS AND DOGS, the complimentary drinks are a considerate service, there's an indoor dog park, and they have a doctor named "Cliff Redford".
I rest my case.
