Although not memorable, this was a comfortable hotel to stay in and had a great location. The rooms were standard - clean, but nothing special. I was disappointed that there were no refrigerators in the rooms, although free wifi was offered in each room. This hotel is one of the more standard hotels on the strip - lack of cool themed decor, but well equipped with a casino and food court.
The location of this hotel is excellent - it is walkable from the convention center (although it requires a longer 30+ min walk), and is very close to the lively areas of the strip. There is a free tram that will take you from Monte Carlo to the Aria (where you can then transfer onto a tram to Bellagio), which is very convenient, especially on cold days. Otherwise, it is very easy to walk from this hotel to the other major hotels on the strip.
The hotel was under construction during the time of our stay. We were given a paper that stated that construction was scheduled on Mon-Fri from 9-5pm. However, construction definitely began earlier than the specified time on some days. If you are a light sleeper, call ahead to check on the construction status prior to booking.
