  • My best friend and I (both females) went to Lacy's on a Thursday night. We usually go to male revues but wanted to try a female strip club for the first time. We requested the free transportation. The process of confirming pickup time, being picked up, and being dropped off at the club were smooth and easy. The cover charge was $30 each plus there is a two drink minimum per person. Drinks are expensive, around $15 for 1 mixed drink. So after paying for just the cover and the required drinks, you're already out of $60+ per person. The club is in a small and intimate space with a main stage at the front and a smaller stage towards the back. Some people were smoking cigarettes and hookahs which we expected but weren't thrilled about. We arrived around 11:00pm which was early because there were only 4 other customers there at the time and most of the dancers were just standing or sitting around. Things started to pick up around midnight when each dancer was briefly introduced. After that, a few more people started arriving and the music got much louder. The DJ played hip hop, rap, and R&B. The songs were good. But I'm guessing it was a slower night. The number of dancers outnumbered the amount of customers. Some dancers were still just standing around talking or watching the other dancers perform/give lap dances. The performances were great and entertaining to watch. The dancers (mostly African Americans) are beautiful with sexy bodies. Some went topless but none were fully nude. The lap dances were $25 per song. A few girls approached our table and asked if we wanted lap dances. Some were more pushy and aggressive than others. My friend got 1 which she enjoyed. Overall, the experience was expensive and could have been better but it was fun.
