  • DO NOT go to this salon to see Debra Hughes. Just as everyone else said, she is a liar. She "cut" my hair but she actually just chopped it up. When I brought it to her attention she said oh, it must have been "under the towel".....what ?!?! are you kidding me?!?! That's YOUR JOB to ensure that you cut MY HAIR evenly. What an absolute IDIOT. She wouldn't even give me a refund but she offered to "fiix" it...sorry hunny you will never touch my hair again....so stupid to think that I would let her come close to cutting my hair again...more like CHOPPING IT UP.
