The facility is nice, but the staff is the unfortunate part. I can easily forgive the front desk person not acknowledging me in the slightest (in fact, I like it that way), but don't march over like you're on the warpath demanding my wife and I leave a huge resourceful part of the gym because one person has an appointment with a trainer. We complied with just a few sets left in our workout and watched as the trainee (not her fault) sat on a ball while the trainer talked.. this couldn't wait 5 minutes? We were not in their way and weren't using the same equipment. For purely cardio, this place does the job. Weights can get hectic like anywhere, but apparently my gym membership isn't always valid enough to use the plyometrics equipment and kettlebells.
