  • I am so disappointed with Palm today. After years of wonderful services, today they showed that there is no longer a heart in their business- instead they are all about the money. I felt like I was buying a car, not planing for a family members final needs. Really, why not just ask me if we wanted the spray on undercoating or an alarm system add-on? Never before I have I seen such a disregard for the needs of the family in favor of MONEY. Palm used to have a wonderful heart and they once really cared about the community; today however, the only thing they cared about was the money. If you want the most expensive, go ahead, if however you want a true care, select any other home.
