  • I recently had an issue with a refurbished phone I had filed a claim for and received on o6.1o.2o15 and on a Friday afternoon, o8.28.2o15 around 3ish, I dropped by to figure out why my phone wasn't functioning right or charging. I wanted to see what my options were. I thought I'd have to fight for a replacement phone, because it was too short of a lifespan for the phone I had recently purchased. I was not about to file another claim, spend another $150 for another refurbished phone that may come with more trouble in a couple months!!! Right when I walked in, one guy told me they'd be right with me {3 associates and there were 2 customers being helped when I walked in}. It was totally fine because I didn't realize I should have made an appointment-- shortly after I walked in, another customer walked in and he was greeted and asked if he had an appointment. So I supposed an appointment is not absolutely necessary, probably highly recommended though. And I did learn it is actually the only device service support center in the entire state! So maybe look into an appointment before you make the drive, just to be safe. I lucked out, thabkfully. Even though I was told they would be with me shortly, right when I sat down Jorge actually called me up to the computer to pull up my account information + to take a look at phone, as I explained the problems I recently encountered. Then after a lil bit of digging, he asked me to have a seat and they'll be with me soon. Yes, again haha. But I didn't mind because like I said they were taking care of 2 other customers at the time and figuring those issues out together. Not even 5 minutes later, it was my turn for full attention to revive my device! And Jorge, as well as the rest of the team {a couple other associates came out from their back room}, were incredibly helpful, enlightening, and had a good sense of humor the whole time-- making the experience rather memorable and smooth. They were all very kind and didn't mind me asking all the silly questions I had! I didn't have to spend another $150 for a new phone, which I was very pleased about that. They graciously replaced my trouble phone! ....even offered me a water bottle and made sure to get the door for me, as well as their previous customers I noticed =] Jorge was terrific and took great care of me! Excellent customer service, definitely worth the trip. Even if I ever need any help AT ALL, not just technical/internal problems, I will definitely make time out of my day to take a trip for these guys to help me! It is MUCH BETTER than calling AT&T customer support because as I've learned, they end up trying to do the same thing that doesn't ever help the situation haha. Bless them for trying, it's always easier to go to the hands-on techie geniuses!!! Thanks guys for all your help, you rock!
