  • Stinky shower Poor customer experience Dirty towels Dirty sick Nickel and dime mentality. I was not at all impressed by the Aria resort. I've been to Las Vegas at least 20 times and have enjoyed all of the other hotels and resorts I've stayed at better than this one. The checkin process was really easy (I did the mobile checkin) and the people at the front desk were very polite and helpful. When I checked into my room there was a really bad smell coming out of the shower area in the bathroom after several attempts at trying to get this resolved by housekeeping and the manager, I gave up. I stuffed a towel in the drain and that helped a little. The staff made a lot of promises to resolve, but in the end I just left a day early. I won't go back.
