  • I've been here twice and both times the owner was walking around doing nothing besides yelling in Vietnamese at the women working. I'm not sure what he was saying but it didn't seem pleasant. There was nothing wrong with the nail services but the management seemed terrible both times. Also they don't accept tips on card and both times I went I had a long wait and slow service. I'm done with this place.
