  • Our entire stay was approximately 16 hours. This was way below my expectations. The only reason they get one star is because the staff was nice upon check in (but did not even direct us to the nearest ice machine) and the company that provides their "spa" products have a tolerable fragrance to them. Our room came equipped with one loud refrigerator, one loud bathroom fan and one very loud air unit. Of course..playing the part of the vent system, I would make noise too if my filters were clogged from the amount of dust trapped in them. We literally had to take the fridge out of the cabinet in order to reduce the vibrations and noise. Eventually we just unplugged it. The bathroom fans/vents had filters you couldn't see through even though it clearly states replace every 6 months. And the main air system in the room..you cannot tell me that people are not aware when I can look up and see lint/dust/dirt hanging from the vents. My balcony view consisted of looking at other balconies and dead trees. Tree branches that were obviously dead and within reach to be removed easily, does not paint a beautiful picture. The original owner I am sure is turning over in his grave. What was once a magnificent place is now an outdated and crying for help facility. Crowne Plaza? Really? Save a few bucks and stay at somewhere else.
