  • I was looking for a new nail place for a change and I just wanted to try this place. My first try and the service is excellent! I read other reviews and some are very negative but my experience is totally different. The reception lady, her name is Ha is very friendly and helpful. I walked in, no appointment and she tried to squeeze me in as early as she can. There was a 45 minutes wait but she told me that she will call me as soon as a technician becomes available and she did. She called me after 30 minutes. Not bad at all. Lana was very meticulous and did my pedicure and manicure well. She really took time to make sure everything is clean and spotless with regards to cuticle removal, nail polish, massage, and my gel manicure. I am happy and I will definitely come back and have Lana do my nails again. I recommend this place.
