| - Don't waste your time even trying with this business - because that's all they'll do is waste your time! I bought a groupon for laser hair removal and was never able to use it. First I couldn't even get ahold of anyone. I called several times with no answer, then finally decided to leave a voicemail... no response back. Then I decided to try going to their website and emailed them about the fact that I had left a VM and am trying to book an appointment... Again, no response. On that note I remembered that their answering machine tells you to "text appointment requests for a quicker reply!" So I tried that as a last attempt, and even though it took over 24 hours to get a reply back, at least this time I was actually talking to somebody, (yay!). So, I was given an opening to choose from and they never gave me a confirmation, so I had to text two days before to make sure I actually HAD an appointment (this was all by text - it's the only way they'll communicate, apparently). So I was told my appointment was in the books; but low and behold, I got a text the day before, canceling my appointment because his/her grandfather had a stroke and possibly having to fly to Texas? Hey, I'm not going to harp on someone for having family matters to tend to... Family first, all the way. So I simply said "no problem" and asked when we can reschedule for? - surprise, surprise, again no reply.
A week later I was told I would get a "free treatment" to make up for the cancellation and was offered a new date to reschedule; so I text back what time I wanted - no confirmation reply, weird. Days later I asked if I had an appointment on the day that was discussed - you guessed it! - no reply. Finally a WEEK later (past the date of my "appointment") I finally got a text back apologizing, saying that they had been closed due to vacation. I'm like, seriously?? I'm done wasting my time with this place... Good luck staying in business! Why would they even offer me an appointment date if they're going to be closed? And why tell me a week AFTER the fact? Just absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. Like nothing I have ever experienced before.
Worst customer service ever. Terrible way to do business. Thank God I got my money back from Groupon. Like I said: don't even bother. If it was like that just trying to book my first appointment, imagine what kinds of hell you'll be drug through to book the rest of your sessions needed to complete the services you had paid for. No thank you!! Moving on...
