They stood us up twice on the delivery of the dishwasher we bought. Pretty annoying when you arrange to stay home from work just for that. The salesman claimed he didn't remember talking to my wife when they missed the first date and then forgot to schedule the second date. They succeeded in scaring us away. We cancelled and asked for a refund. I can't imagine how difficult it is to deal with them on a warranty claim when they can't even deliver a dishwasher.
