  • I was not aware of Fix Auto in Sun City before this past week. I had simply asked my insurance company to find an auto body shop closest to my home. Lucky me, they came up with Fix Auto. From the moment I walked in the door I got the feeling that this was more of a family business, and not a franchise. Grant did my estimate, was friendly and courteous and prompt in running the numbers and firming up the estimate. We then arranged for a prearranged date for me to bring my drivable but damaged Honda van in to get the work done. They then drove me home and sent me a text message to begin the process. One note...a small one...I received no further updates during the week and had to call on Thursday morning, just to see how repair was progressing. I was told the car would be ready Friday,today, before 4 o'clock. So this morning I got a call to pick up the car. They sent a shuttle to pick me up and when I arrived at the repair facility the bill was ready, I was given details on warranty matters, provided a coupon for a free oil change. I paid, received my info and receipt packet, then walked out to my car. I was floored when I saw that not only had Fix Auto repaired my Honda Van, but had detailed it, cleaning it both inside and outside, even shampooing my rather dirty carpets! No where have I ever received that level of service. In the future, if I am ever unlucky enough to have an accident, it will be Fix Auto I will demand to do the repairs. Always love when a business exceeds expectations!
