  • We went to go see Wild last night. The last showing was at 10:35p and we got there at 10:50p because I was hobbling across the casino as fast as I could on crutches. They literally had just closed the ticket line and we explained that it took us a while to get there because (obviously) I was on crutches. Rather than allow us the courtesy of letting us in, the guy initially told us no. After begging him to let us in, he called the manager to see if we could go in. They finally sold us the tickets and we went in. I understand that people want to close up shop ASAP and they didn't have to let us in. However, there is such a thing as good customer service. If tables were turned, I would have just let us in or sold us the tickets immediately. Especially considering the circumstances.
