This restaurant's approach to "Asian fusion" seems to be "infuse Asian food with as much mayonnaise as possible". My "poke" was kind of like the Asian version of a taco salad...mostly iceberg lettuce, with some rice and marinated fish and fried breadcrumbs (like tempura batter), and an overwhelming amount of spicy mayonnaise. I couldn't really taste the fish because there was so much mayo.
Maybe the fusion concept works better in the other dishes, but the poke certainly wasn't worth the price. I would give 2.5 stars if that were an option.
