  • I was very disappointed that I left a voicemail and no one called me back. That was very unprofessional. A good business would call you back the same day. I can't imagine what would happen if a customer of mine called and I didn't bother to acknowledge their phone call. I'm sure I would get written up or fired. I have to add that I ended up calling them the next day again to actually get a response but I don't even want to do business with them now.
