  • I have never ran into a company that doesn't fix and work on all major brand appliances. I have a Samsung top load washer and was told they don't work on them. I was excited to find a company with such great reviews but in less then a minute on the phone I was shut down with no suggestions as to who else to call. The best companies should always be willing to help even if that means referring you to someone else. In my opinion they need to train their people then and extend their service list.
