  • I am so disappointed with these apartments.. The apartments are beautiful and amenities are nice but there is NO AIR CONDITIONING in my bedroom. The master bedroom gets very cold but there is very little airflow to the other bedroom and bathroom. When the leasing office sent someone to look at the AC unit, they informed me this issue is throughout the entire complex. The worst part is that they claim to have tested the airflow in my bedroom and say it is completely fixed. In order to cool the bedroom to barely under 80 degrees we have to set the thermostat to 65, making our electric bill extremely high. Not to mention the bathroom is at a constant 90 degrees. I will not be renewing my lease with this complex and advise anyone considering a lease here to think twice.
