  • I have been here twice. The first experience with was 3 lady friends and every girls nails ended up being a disaster besides mine but this was after almost 2 hours. I should have known not to return then. I told them how to do an ombré with SNS and they don't listen so I end up leaving with a half-hearted ombré that is already flaking off after 5 days and a trash pedicure. The place looks nice but the nail ladies have no respect for customer's time or money. EDIT: John contacted me to ensure I got the proper service I paid for and it was provided! He is very easy to communicate with. I'm sure the business will continue to prosper if they follow up on customer service issues like this!
