  • I have been to this location several times and never have experienced such bad service as I did yesterday. The care wash was packed and my SUV was ran through but I couldn't get in to vacuum even after 15-20min of waiting. The sun ended up drying the water before I could dry it off. So, this left water marks all over my vehicle. I politely asked a young gentleman for a range check. He then directed me to someone else who was awfully rude. I asked him for his name and a manager's number. He refused to give it to me. I approached another employee there and asked him for their names and he stated, that if I was suppose to know their names they would be warring name tags. These young kids working there have no respect and definitely don't have the moral.
