  • First appointment they saw me right on time, waited in the lobby maybe three minutes. Dental hygienist was friendly, did a great cleaning, was easy on my gums :) Dr. Choules checked a tooth that my previous dentist said needed to be filled, but he assured me it did not, really appreciated he didn't do an unnecessary filling! I mean obviously that's the expectation, but I was super happy with my old dentist in Denver so was surprised they were apparently going to. Even checking out was seamless and they gave me a bottle of water for the road! UPDATE 6/21/17: Got an email appointment reminder, needed to reschedule but the link for that didn't work. Gave them a call, and the gal who answered rattled off some long, obviously forced greeting. So monotone and rushed I couldn't even catch her name. They couldn't reschedule me for a cleaning & checkup for an entire month.
