  • For the first time since I've been traveling for work (about 11 years), I found that I had left home without packing the AC power adapter for my MacBook Pro. I was sitting in the lobby bar of the Marriott Downtown at Key Center in Cleveland, OH - and I noticed my battery indictor was getting really low. So I ventured back to the room to snag my power adapter - and that is when I discovered I had left it at home! So I went online to see what the closest places were to buy a new one - Apple Stores or Best Buy? Turns out the closest place was a Best Buy down near Parma. It was about a 15 minute drive from the hotel after the evening rush hour - so no problem getting there. This Best Buy has a fairly well stocked Apple section - I double checked to make sure I had the right version of the power adapter (MagSafe 2), purchased it and was on my way! Thank goodness there was a Best Buy so close to the hotel!
