My family and I have taken our pets here for a few years now for their check ups. Unfortunately the last few times we have had pretty bad customer service by the front desk staff.
This experience was not great, and it started and ended with the desk staff. I arrived and it was unclear to the employees who was supposed to help me. The women were walking past me until one stepped up to the desk and checked me in. I then went into one of the rooms and had my cat looked at.
The veterinarian was very nice and helpful. She was knowledgeable and wanted to help my cat get better. I left the room and came back the next day for another appointment. The staff were confused and angry that I had questions about my cat. I needed other information that the vet said she had left but the front desk staff and vet techs had no idea what was going on. It was surprising to me that the desk staff were rude to me on the phone and in person. I had a great experience with the veterinarian but with the other staff it was not great.
After these few instances I have stopped taking my animals here, which was pretty hard considering their veterinarian is wonderful. I hope in the future I will be able to return without the desk staff being rude.
