  • Brought my comforter in a while ago to get cleaned, picked it up today. Opened it and saw that all the material on the inside is bunched up on one side of it so it's completely uneven and ruined. If I wanted results like that I would have just washed it at home and still probably done a better job. I called the store to let them know of what's going on, instead of actually letting me speak the lady says "can you just bring it in tomorrow, Richard will be here in the morning" I went on to ask "I have other clothes I was going to bring it to get dry cleaned and another comforter, should I bring that in today or will that be ruined too" her response without any hint of empathy was "well thats up to you, its your items" after that she completely ignored me and kept repeating to bring it in when Richard will be there. Like jeez! At least let me get my frustration out, be apologetic that your store ruined a perfectly good and not cheap comforter. But instead she just completely disregarded me. The time before I brought in a white comforter to get cleaned, got it back and the marks were still on it. Terrible job.. wouldn't recommend at all
