rev:text	READ THIS REVIEW before hiring this company! I wish I'd paid more attention to Ashley R's review before hiring Daniel at Rack Em Up Billiards. We, too, have had a horrible experience. In our case, we hired him to breakdown, store and then re-set up our classic Connolly (1 piece wood table made in Tuscon). We ended up moving out of state and the night before our movers were scheduled to pick up our table Daniel had been storing for us at 7:00 am, he left a voicemail after 10:00 pm. He claimed that our table had been "destroyed" while he was attempting to get it ready for our movers. We asked for pictures of our "destroyed" table and were told he didn't have any, the he had "already thrown it in the trash". He then suggested he could a replacement table and again we asked for pictures. He sent only a finish and felt color pic and said he would pay to refelt it in black, like ours was. He also said, if we didn't like the table, he would do whatever he needed to do, including "buy you a new table" if you don't like this one. He claimed it was a much more expensive table with 1" slate (like ours) and 100-year bumpers. When the table arrived, it was obviously a used table with burgundy felt. 3/4" slate and scratches all over it. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with his "substitute" table, he again said he would "do whatever it takes to make us happy". Then he disappeared and appparently has gone into hiding. We feel ripped off and are considering taking court action at this point. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DANIEL MARQUEZ.....HIS WORD MEANS NOTHING!!!!
