  • What a joke. I came here to pick up an online order. I ask 2 employees where the pick-up desk is and they have no clue. The third person I asked told me "I'll be right with you" and kept me waiting standing around while she chit chatted with another employee for almost 5 minutes. I ended up just walking away. Then I see the huge orange sign against the back wall that says "Pick-Up". I get to the desk and ask for my order. Then I see that they've opened it. The invoice clearly stated it came in 2 boxes (6x quantity of 2 units each - 6 and 6) but they decided their distribution center must've sent a duplicate order because the receipt says 6 items and they sent 12. They didn't even want to give me the second box until I explained it to them a few times. So...packages arrive in the mail addressed to ME and you open it because you didn't read the stickers that say "1 of 2" or "2 of 2" on the labels on each box, as if seeing that the contents of my packages are going to make a difference. I guess I shouldn't have expected any better from wal mart employees. Can we say Mail Tampering? Never coming here again.
