  • After a long wait which I fully understand because it's a busy day, I go up and ask where on the list I am and my name has been crossed off. I told the man I'd been there the entire time, he laughed and said well you must not of been listening when we called your name. Not exactly the type of customer service I expected, so after 15 years of going here for all my haircuts I am done. This wouldn't have happened when Laz was managing.
